ORDER TRACKING
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK
90% of our orders come with a tracking number. However, your order might not include one. Please contact us at leviosacandles1@gmail.com if you need more information about a shipment without a tracking code, and we’ll do our best to provide you with the necessary details.
You will receive your tracking number via email within a few days of placing your order. You can then track your package using the code on our Order Tracking page.
Please ensure you’ve entered the code correctly; the best way is to copy and paste it.
THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Sometimes postal services mark an order as delivered when it has arrived at your local post office, even if you haven’t received it yet. In this case, please wait a few more days for your postal service to deliver the package to your home or contact your local post office, as they might be holding the item for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please send us photographic or video proof of the issue, and we will immediately send you a replacement or issue a refund (free of charge, of course).
AFTER PURCHASE
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS/SELECTED THE WRONG VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens, email us at leviosacandles1@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to resolve it. However, we cannot guarantee anything in this case, as most of our items are processed immediately after the order is placed and shipped the same day or the following day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Still, contact us anyway, as we care and will try to assist in any way we can. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use. Please note: if we are unable to cancel the order, we will not provide a refund if your products were ordered to the wrong address.
NOTE: For all customers who provided a shipping address different from their permanent address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages and/or if you moved from the address you provided us.
